Monex Europe, one of Europe’s leading corporate FX and hedging providers, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointments of Tom Farrow, Group Director of Trading and William Crossley, Group Sales Director to the firm’s Board of Directors. They will report into Nick Edgeley, Chief Executive Officer at Monex Europe.
FX industry front runners with over 25 years’ experience between them, Tom and William have been instrumental to Monex Europe’s growth and development, with the firm significantly enhancing its offering and expanding its global footprint into Luxembourg, Spain, the Netherlands, Canada and Singapore since they joined in 2008 and 2010 respectively.

Tom Farrow joined Schneider Foreign Exchange (renamed Monex Europe in 2012) as a member of the sales team in 2008. A high-profit generating salesperson, Tom was promoted to Head of Sales in 2012, before joining the Trading team, where he was equally successful and promoted to Head of Trading in 2016. He assumed the role of Group Director of Trading in 2022. Tom has been instrumental to the development of Monex Europe’s trading solutions, building one of the strongest trading teams in the industry and enhancing the firm’s suite of products and solutions, including the establishment of a new derivatives desk.
William Crossley joined Schneider Foreign Exchange as a Treasury Consultant in 2010, after which he assumed the role of Head of Desk. He moved to the Netherlands in 2016 to establish Monex Europe’s Amsterdam office, where he held the title of Head of Corporate Sales and Country Manager. The subsidiary has grown exponentially under his direction, with 30 staff now servicing clients across the Benelux region. William moved back to London as Head of Corporate Sales in 2020 to manage the company’s international sales teams, before being promoted to Group Sales Director in 2022.
